Refunds and Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to postpone the date or cancel a confirmed booking, ensure to inform in writing the cancellation/ amendments in plan andyou must give at least ten clear working days’ notice excluding the date of admission, or else forfeiture will apply. In between ten to five days notice, 50% of the fees paid, from four to one day 75% and for less than one day, the entire reservation deposit will be forfeited

Frequent changes or cancellations in booking dates are not entertained and after two such changes or cancellations, no further change will be permitted and the fees paid be forfeited

In the event of a request for premature discharge/ checkout, the fees paid will not be refunded back.

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed within a period of two (2) to four (4) weeks. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source, less applicable bank charges.
